Recreational Girls Classes
Our Girls Recreational Gymnastics classes are designed to build confidence, strength, and coordination in a fun, encouraging environment. Gymnasts will learn the fundamentals of gymnastics on all apparatus—including vault, bars, beam, and floor—through structured progressions that support safe skill development.

Classes focus on flexibility, balance, body awareness, and basic gymnastics skills while keeping things positive and engaging. No previous experience is required. Whether your child is brand new to gymnastics or continuing to build on existing skills, our recreational program allows each gymnast to progress at her own pace.

Most importantly, we emphasize confidence, teamwork, and a love for movement—helping gymnasts grow both inside and outside the gym.
Beginner Girls
Our Beginner Girls Gymnastics class is perfect for athletes ages 7 and up who are new to gymnastics or still building foundational skills. This 55-minute class focuses on learning proper technique, strength, flexibility, and body control in a structured and supportive environment.

Gymnasts will be introduced to basic skills on vault, bars, beam, and floor using safe progressions that emphasize confidence and consistency. Coaches provide individualized instruction to help each gymnast progress at her own pace while developing coordination, balance, and overall athleticism.

This class is a great starting point for gymnasts who want to learn the fundamentals, gain confidence, and have fun while building a strong gymnastics foundation.

Our Intermediate Girls Gymnastics class is designed for athletes who are ready to build on strong fundamentals and take the next step in their gymnastics journey. This invite-only class ensures appropriate skill placement and a focused training environment for each gymnast.

Athletes will refine technique on vault, bars, beam, and floor while working on strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence. Instruction emphasizes proper form, skill progressions, and safe training habits, all while keeping practices positive and motivating.
This class is ideal for gymnasts who have demonstrated readiness through prior experience, evaluations, or coach recommendation and are prepared for a more structured and challenging class setting.

Advanced Girls
Our Advanced Girls Gymnastics class is designed for experienced gymnasts who are ready for higher-level training and extended practice time. This 90-minute class allows for deeper skill development, conditioning, and focused work on all four events: vault, bars, beam, and floor.

Athletes will work on advanced skills and combinations while continuing to strengthen technique, flexibility, endurance, and mental focus. Practices emphasize proper progressions, strength training, and consistency, preparing gymnasts for continued advancement within our program.
​
This class moves at a faster pace and requires strong foundational skills, coach approval, or evaluation prior to enrollment to ensure the best fit and training environment for each athlete.

Power Core (pre-team)
Power Core is our invite-only pre-team girls gymnastics program for athletes ages 5 and up who have demonstrated strong potential, focus, and readiness for more structured training. This class meets once per week for 2 hours and serves as a key stepping stone between recreational classes and our competitive team program.

Athletes in Power Core focus on building strength, flexibility, coordination, and solid technical foundations across vault, bars, beam, and floor. Training emphasizes proper progressions, body control, confidence, and work ethic in a positive and supportive environment.
​
Power Core introduces higher expectations while still keeping gymnastics fun—helping athletes develop the skills, mindset, and discipline needed for future team training. Placement is based on coach recommendation or evaluation to ensure each gymnast is prepared for this level of commitment.
