Heath Underwood is the Co-Owner and Founder of GymCore Athletics and serves as the Boys Program Director. He began gymnastics at age 2 and competed for 12 years as a Junior Olympic National Qualifier before cheering at the University of Kentucky. With over 26 years of coaching experience, Heath has coached athletes at every level, including national qualifiers, NCAA gymnasts, and Special Olympics state champions.

As Boys Program Director, Heath leads the development of the boys program with a focus on strong technical foundations, safe and progressive training, and a positive team culture. He is passionate about helping athletes build confidence, discipline, and a lifelong love of the sport.
