Tumbling Classes

Our tumbling class is designed for beginner and intermediate athletes looking to build strength, power, and proper technique. Athletes will learn and refine foundational skills such as rolls, cartwheels, handstands, round-offs, and back handsprings, with instruction tailored to each athlete’s level for safe, steady progression.

We offer training for athletes at all levels—including those working advanced skills such as standing tumbling, layouts, and fulls—with instruction tailored to each athlete’s ability.

This class is ideal for beginners as well as athletes looking to improve their tumbling for cheer, gymnastics, or overall athletic development in a fun and supportive environment.

Dance Acro Classes

Our dance acro class focuses on flexibility, balance, strength, and fluid movement. Athletes will train a wide range of acro skills including bridges, backbends, kickovers, front and back walkovers, front and back limbers, handstands, chest stands, elbow stands, aerials, and controlled transitions commonly used in dance routines.​

 

Instruction is tailored to each athlete’s level, allowing beginners to build a strong foundation while more experienced athletes safely progress to higher-level acro skills. Designed to help your dancer stand out on stage!
